A 30-50% booking deposit is required to confirm your date.
We accept: UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), Bank Transfer (NEFT/IMPS), Credit/Debit Cards (via Razorpay), and Cash (in-person only). All payments are secure.
No, the booking deposit is non-refundable as it secures your date. However, you can reschedule (free once) or transfer your deposit to another person. Please refer to our Refund Policy for details.
You will receive an email with a private link and password to your gallery. Galleries are hosted on Pixieset. If you lost the link, email support@lionphotography.com with your name and event date.
Typical turnaround times:
- Wedding: 6-8 weeks
- Portrait/Pre-wedding: 2-3 weeks
- Event/Corporate: 2-4 weeks
- Sneak peeks: Within 1 week of the shoot
Yes! Your online gallery includes a download button for high-resolution images. You can download all photos at once or select individual ones. Print release is included with your package.
Yes! You can reschedule once for free if you notify us at least 30 days before the original date. For last-minute rescheduling (within 14 days), additional fees may apply. Contact us as soon as possible.
We monitor weather forecasts closely. If rain is predicted, we will contact you 24 hours in advance to reschedule at no extra cost. If you prefer indoor alternatives, we can suggest covered locations.

Screen calibration varies across devices. Our photos are professionally color-graded on calibrated monitors. For best viewing, use a modern laptop/desktop with brightness at 70%. Mobile screens often have higher contrast and saturation.
Yes! We offer professional prints, canvases, and premium wedding albums through our trusted print labs. You can order directly through your online gallery. Delivery takes 10-15 business days.
If a print arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with photos of the damage. We will replace it free of charge. We do not accept returns for change of mind as prints are custom-made.
